Yeah I saw this. Could be a video of a guy who had his testicles removed (theory #1). Could be a SNL-type spoof (theory #2). Could be that everything from Eastern Europe and Japan appears ridiculous to our eyes, but makes perfect sense in theirs'. That's cultural relativism, brotha! Right on.
