Unfortunately, I have no recollection of that final email and can not find it in my GMail, which never deletes anything.
If for some reason our usually reliable and ever faithful webmail applet caught a "bug", or if my memory server had a memory dump, then I can only say that you have had a BSOD. This is the only diagnosis that would lead one to believe something so ridiculous..or to feel comfortable enough to present the item as truth, and thus place my reputation in a state of peril. You have only put your own reputation in jeopardy with your false pwnage.
But believing something that is patently absurd is common in Kentucky. Please don't keep the faith in everything you see, or can't see.
oh and i would like that taken down cause it has our names???

You are right to acknowledge the reliability and faithfulness of gmail, which "never deletes anything." The email that you sent to me was not, in fact, the final one in that particular conversation, so perhaps that is why you had difficulty locating it in your archives? Don't worry about it - the internet is a really great resource, but can be confusing and frustrating at times. The more time you spend on gmail, the more comfortable you'll feel. Just have fun with it and the rest will follow naturally!
That being said, I do feel the need to defend my reputation, as your suggestion that I have provided false or fabricated information - or even worse - that your gmail conveniently deleted that specific email, is the true absurdity. I have forwarded the entire conversation (which ends in an email with the Paris Hilton video link, sent from me to Austin) to the following address:

Funny, looking at the blog roll I always thought "john liberty" was resident Wash U libertarian master John Payne. Now I know liberty has other fans as well.
